Cook - Fulltime

Join our team at Pinoyshki, a cafe, bakery, and restaurant specializing in East European and Filipino cuisine. We're in search of a skilled cook or prep worker to prepare diverse breakfast and lunch dishes, including omelets, stuffed cabbage rolls, and chicken pot pie.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Filipino or East European cuisine is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (unable to sponsor work visas).
• Food service experience is an advantage.
• A food handler's permit is required (cost refunded upon successful application).
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently are crucial.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Pay starts at $20 and goes up based on experiance and skill.

Benefits:

• Participation in our tip-sharing program, which can provide an extra ~$10 per hour.

Cashier - Fulltime

We're excited to welcome a new Cashier to our family business specializing in East European and Filipino cuisine at Pinoyshki. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Experience in a cashier role within a cafe or fast-food environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (we cannot sponsor work visas).
• Experience in food service is an advantage.
• A food handler's permit is required (cost refunded upon successful application).
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Pay starts at $20 and goes up based on experiance and skill.

Baker - Fulltime

 We're seeking a passionate baker to craft a variety of baked goods, including cakes, croissants, decorative desserts, piroshki, and breads. Our bakery offers specialized training in our unique baking methods, and we're excited to incorporate your expertise into new kinds of pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Experience in making Piroshki is a plus, but not required.
• Eligibility to work in the US (Note: we cannot sponsor work visas).
• Prior food service experience is beneficial.
• A food handler's permit is required (cost refunded upon successful application).
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Welcoming culinary students and individuals with East European or Filipino heritage; experience or formal training preferred although must be able to work fulltime.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Pay starts at $20 and goes up based on experiance and skill.
